2. Booking & Payments

  • A deposit is required to secure your date. Full payment is typically due 7 days before your event.

  • Cancellations made 5 days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund if service is paid in full. Deposit will be forfeit. 

  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiture of the deposit or full payment.

3. Use of Services

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information when booking

  • Use our services for lawful, appropriate purposes

  • Supervise children or guests around the booth equipment

  • Avoid any intentional damage to our equipment or props

4. Photo Rights & Usage

By participating in a photo booth session:

  • You give us permission to use non-private event photos for promotional purposes (unless you request otherwise in writing)

  • You may request removal of specific photos from our website or social media at any time

5. Equipment & Liability

  • We will deliver, set up, and staff the booth at your event (unless otherwise arranged).

  • Prolific Memories is not liable for damages caused by guest misuse or acts beyond our control (e.g., power outages, venue restrictions).

  • Clients may be held financially responsible for damages to equipment due to negligence or misuse during their event.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including logos, text, and images—is owned by Prolific Memories and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel a booking, or remove website access for any user who violates these Terms or engages in abusive or fraudulent behavior.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service occasionally. Updates will be posted on this page and take effect immediately upon posting.
