Refund policy

At Prolific Memories, we value your business and understand that unexpected changes can occur. Our refund policy ensures clarity and fairness while allowing us to manage our event schedule and resources effectively.

1. Deposit Policy

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.

  • This deposit covers initial planning, administrative costs, and holds your booking on our calendar.

2. Cancellations

  • More than 14 days before your event: Full refund of any amount paid beyond the deposit.

  • 6–14 days before your event: 50% refund of any amount paid beyond the deposit.

  • 5 days or fewer before your event: No refunds will be issued.

3. Rescheduling

  • One-time rescheduling is allowed at no cost if requested at least 7 days before your event and the new date is available.

  • Additional rescheduling requests or changes made less than 7 days in advance may result in a fee or forfeit of the deposit.

4. No-Show Policy

If you or your event contact fails to appear at the scheduled time without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

5. Service Interruptions

  • If we are unable to provide services due to unforeseen circumstances on our end (e.g., equipment failure, staff emergency), a full or partial refund will be issued based on time and service lost.

  • If the event is interrupted due to external factors (e.g., venue restrictions, weather), we will work with you to reschedule when possible, but refunds are not guaranteed.

6. Refund Process

To request a refund, please email reservations@prolificmemories.com with your name, event date, and reason for the request. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
